It may be true. But consider this, there are no major institutional holders of NWS-A. This would mean besides the insiders that hold the stock, this Jihadi Prince is the biggest holder of their stock. Thereare 3.27 billion shares and 5.46 % out of this is a lot to be held by one signle individual.

Since there are no major institutional share holders, this Jihadi prince will definitely have some level of influence.

Just look at ABC Corp how it caved into Islamic institutions funded by Saudis and fired Michael Graham.

Excellent point. Let's hope the prince is in this just as a matter of diversification of his holdings.

As far as Fox News goes, the proof will be in the falafel.

What would be the effect on things if His Majesty were to be miffed, and issue a sell-at-market order for those 3.27 billion shares all at once?

I'm envisioning a massive puckering sound from the shareholders. (if I can mash that metaphor like that :)
