According to Harris County Judge and Houston Mayor, it was a wind event that created the problem at Lake Livingston.

Hmmmmm....downburst from Nacodoches to Lake Livingston? That would explain the isolated damage areas...saw where a T'storm downburst snapped off marble headstones in a cemetary...scary stuff.
