gotta go for now... i just want to make a final observation that my comparison of the national map doppler images
http://radar.weather.gov/radar/mosaic/DS.p19r0/ar.us.conus.shtml from 4 hours ago to now look as if there has been a substantial general shift of this storm northward and somewhat east - far more than the "12mph northward" official speeds would support.
I'd still love to have gotten a six-pack bet in with some "360º loop" programmer...
