I object that people shouldn't be allowed to JUDGE the way it was handled or compare it to the way Texas Handled it or the way MISS. or AL. handled their own disasters.
The fact is that NO does have a high degree of corruption and a high degree of criminality from the POOR as well as the rich.

And for pete's sake, Nagin should be judged from telling people to come back and criticizing the Federal goverment when the Federal Government tried to tell him it might not be a good idea with a major hurricane on the horizon.
