If the turn signals light, but don't flash, that means the flasher is gone. I don't think they still use that on newer trucks, but your '84 probably still has one.
Does Auto Zone have stores where you live? You can go into one of them and tell them your problem, and they'll probably have the answer for you.
I'm not sure what your problem is with the high-beams...that's why, if nobody here has your answer, you're best asking at the store...Auto Zone, Checker, etc.
Hey guys, anyone have an answer for Mrs.Tank?
