Does this mean that when women PMS men can sue for discrimination?
Beat me to it.
The potential repercussions of this decision are unfathomable. What you get when you don't know what "is" means.
"Does this mean that when women PMS men can sue for discrimination?"
That was my first thought...then it follows, what if the person you work with is bi-polar or some other mental malady which causes an out burst. The Co. can't fire them under the disabilities act and they can't make them take medication...they'll just pay pay pay.
na-na-na-nah. When women PMS they can do anything and justify it by temporary insanity. Any attempts by their victims to press charges will be interpreted as harassment and discrimination against the disabled. Just gotta understand the Ninth Circus mindset, then its easy.
"Does this mean that when womaen PMS men can sue for discrimination?"
What if a woman yells at a man out of the frustration of having a bad hair day, is that discrimination?
