...It's never a *good* day to be a looter in TX, but it's just gotten a lot worse. See the Texas code on "civil unrest" and "state of emergency"...
--If things erupt, it would be best for the country if Texas reacquaints America w/ the fact that looters & thugs should be taken down at the start. The NO "Let them touch those things" approach has left every urban environment open to destruction upon the slightest diversion from normalcy. I hope th state troopers are keeping their eyes out for potential troublemakers heading into Houston and surrounding areas.

We will do that, I think, but you won't see it on the media. It doesn't fit their agenda.
The moment that hurricane touches Texas, it's open season on looters.
You'll also notice that we're having none of this "let the prisoners go" BS. All the area prisoners have been bussed out to other prisons.
