Dumb ass contractor in galveston is not leaving and he actually has a crew in NO and knows the damage very well.

Yeah, if you're a flying fish. Worst case, winds plus 15+ storm surge plus 20 foot waves. Best case, 130 mph winds. What a stupid remark; it's more than likely to be like Gulfport, Biloxi, etc. when Rita's done with it.
