They are 1 or 2 because the C and D columns are after landfall projected time, aren't they?

oops... I'll have to recheck this. on the earlier set of probabilities, the time for C was 1AM-1PM Sat... and col C for Galveston was still "1".
Last time I saw, the projected landfall was around 3AM, I believe, so the probability of it remaining within 65NM of Galveston must still be far greater than 1% in any event.
