while all eyes are focused on Rita, Phillipe seems to be acting up a little. The 5 day tracking chart has it heading back to the east coast. Read a article recently that a hurricane coming into the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area on a perpendicular track is the worst possible scenario for flooding.
