My House Is Yours (Sponsor a FReeper Texas Family)

Posted on 09/22/2005 1:41:54 PM PDT by april15Bendovr

To any FReeper family in Texas escaping the Hurricane Rita path my wife and I would like to extend to you the use of our home to share while you get settled.

We can sponsor one family.

Only problem is we live in Hampstead NH but if you can make it here we would love to extend some Northern hospitality.

Its not as good as Southern hospitality but we will try.

Please mail me if you need help.

I am sure that your hospitatility beats all especially since its FReeper hospitality! Thanks for the offer but I am sticking it out here. Yours is a VERY generous offer! The best to you and your family!

I've got room here in Arizona. If you need a place to bunk until you manage to swim through the red tape, you're welcome here.

Actually, that's extremely nice of you! I'm up here on the North side of Houston, in Spring. Myself, the wife and 2 kids are staying put. I already told the neighbors that if we lose power, throw an extension chord over the fence. I'll power their refrigerators off my 4KW generator for as long as I have gas. I'm better prepared than most here...

Just deep-fry something, put salsa on it, and the Texans will feel at home.

LOL I hadn't heard! Bad omen having a wedding and a hurricane in the same week.

I hereby apologize for besperching the honour of the fine MRs. Xena Lyte (new name here).

Chopped green chiles in the clam chowder and ranch dressing with the chips?

What a kind and generous offer to those who might need a place to call "home." Thank you for being a blessing.
