Rush had an email from a LA listener who said Governor Blanco stated that her citizens should write their social security numbers on their arms.
She did say it and just repeated it. Adding with "indelible ink". Like most will know what that word means.

That is just a rediculous idea by Blanco. I can't believe she said that. If people write their ssn's on their arms you'll see the biggest epidemic of identity theft in history down in LA.
