The continuing comment about Texans having learned from the NOLA experience really irritated me, too. I saw Governor Perry on ABC this morning, being interviewed by ??? The interviewer made the same comment; Governor Perry replied along the lines of...well, actually we've been practicing for this type of thing for the last four years. Ha!!!
