Since this is exactly the same news that came out in 1994 under Clinton's watch, why should we expect a different outcome this time? North Korea has a well-established history of lying about their nuclear ambitions in order to secure economic favors from the gullible developed nations.

I agree that there is a very heavy trust issue that needs to be worked out, but Bush will stick to his side of the bargain, I'm sure.
