Do you really think anybody believes Bush will attack North Korea? North Korea is much farther from Iraq than Libya. (Also have to deal with China). No way in hell Bush is attacking Iran, much less North Korea (though I wish he did when he had the chance).

Farnkly, that the beuty of the agreement, wepromise to do something we never wanted to do in exchange for them loosing their nukes.

While you might not believe he would attack, that isn't important. What is important is that North Korea believed we would attack. I am certain Russia and China helped promote that idea, which is why the 6=party talks were important.

There are lots of ways to accoomplish what you want besides blowing things up. Bush has long said he prefers diplomacy, and uses the military only when all else has failed. But he WILL use the military; that is the lesson North Korea has learned.
