LOL.. It's raining vitriol and foam at the LA
Times, as usual.
There are Pro's and Con's to the reforms sought, but in the end, do we want to let things remain the same?
If the measures are enacted, things could get better .. or worse.
Obviously the current rate of spending increases can not continue without dire effects to the state's economy.
If things go badly, we can always undo the measure or ask a 'feeeeling' Judge to toss it out. ;-)
