I'm disappointed in Senator Coburn's questioning. He promised to determine if Judge Roberts is a strick constructionist, or at least to ask questions that would tend to discover that, and he did not do so. See the transcript from Tuesday, near the end of the day, when Lindsay Graham asked him about strict constructionism. I think you will be pleased with the answer.

Kennedy is going on about affirmative action and saying Roberts was opposed.
Now says Roberts records on AA were in the Regan library and have become misplaced :)
