world I would agree with your "keep your enemies close so you wont have to expend too much energy when the time arrives to kill them" thought process, but alas last time
I checked the world is far from perfect. I favor the "wall the palestinans off and let them live in poverty and squalor until the time to kill them arrives" tactic.
Palestinians already have a country its called Jordan
even Jordan wont let them in because they realize
