Now Specter brings in the concept of "SUPER STARE DECISIS"...this is a concept that ONLY applies to ABORTION according to Sphincter, er, I mean "Specter".

What a joke.

John Roberts: That phrase isn't in Supreme Court decisions.

Specter: Maybe it should be....

Stare Decisis = The court messed up, but can't admit it.

Oh, no, Roe might be a "super, duper precedent." Specter, you are an idiot. If a decision leads to killing babies, it just must be more important than any other.

Don't forget super-duper precedent.

I'm waiting for double-super-duper precedent.

Spector seems to argue that if the same people vote the same way a bunch of times, it should mean more than if they only do it once.

Rather than recognising that the fact it keeps showing up at the Supreme Court is indicative that the current state is unteneble.
