Not at all. I'm just arguing the validity of John Roberts as a nominee for the USSC. Frankly, I believe he will be approved by the Senate. But that doesn't mean I sit by in silence. If the SC doesn't evolve into a more conservative, originalist and constitutionalist court in the short term, I see America's future filled with more liberalism and socialism. We have to turn the tide and we have to turn it soon.

That thread has a column by Joe Farah claiming he was wrong about Roberts -- that Roberts isn't Souter, he worse -- Breyer!!
By Friday Farah will be claiming he's really another Earl Warren!
