Rush just said that Biden will use all of his alloted time to ask his first question and leave no time for Roberts to answer....That would prove Biden isn't as stupid as I thought he was!

Biden is saying, "YOU get to decide." That is, the Supreme Court decides the limitations, whatever isn't spelled out in the Constitution? I thought Article X dealt with that, and X says the states or the people get to decide.

Is anybody aware of a website that publishes transcripts of the hearings?

I'd love to know what Roberts is thinking while listening to these blowhards......
'These freaks wouldn't last three minutes in front of an appeals panel, and if they thought they got a thrashing there, they should try the SCOTUS.'

>>>>This could be a canned answer to disallow the dems any more ammo during the hearings. Look. I can understand Roberts sidesteping the abortion issue and saying he won't comment on any case that has a high probability of seeing the light of day, while he sits on the SC, but calling yourself an originalist, or a constitutionalist should be something any American citizen would be proud to call themselves.
>>>>I think if Roberts had "announced" his thinking was just like Scalia and Thomas, getting confirmed would have been a bit harder.
There is nothing wrong with Roberts being careful in his answers, but those on the right side of the political spectrum can't keep running from challenges just because we are afraid of how the loyal political opposition will react. After all, these hearings are adversarial in nature.
