That's so that everyone can go to the bathroom and throw up.

Like I said, she is a narrow thinker.
Oh,another subject.
To: Mo1

"They're speed reading ahead to the next question their staff wrote for them." I've noticed that. I think their notes say:
"If Roberts answers A, see question 1 below,
If Roberts answere B, skip to question 2 sub paragraph 5."

This guy's a freaking genius. I am reading cases for a memo right now, and I have the cases at hand and I can't remember from which concurrence the lines of text come from.
All things aside, Roberts has the right answer to all of these questions. In general, Roe and these other cases are entitled to respect under stare decisis. He's not saying that he can't respect them...but then overturn them.

Stare Decisis

Fishing Family? WTF? If it's such a private act, they should pay for it privately... instead of our tax dollars.
If people knew (outside of the act itself, 43 million dead), how much the taxpayer pays for their private acts... abortion would be out tomorrow.

Roberts is going to be a great CJI think he may have one of the best judicial minds we have seen.

If only the ones for abortion, could have been aborted!George Carlin use to do a routine about the feminists that were for abortion; he said "Why is it that the women that are FOR abortion are the women you would want to have sex with anyway?"
My words; he used "different words," if you get my drift.

What time is the next break?
To: Howlin
The "Let's move on" phrase is a dead giveaway, isn't it?
Right up there with,
"I'll get back to that in round two," and
"I see my time is almost up."

They had to have misunderestimated him. He's beyond brilliant.

Has Roberts even looked down at his table? I haven't even seen him look at one page of notes; did I miss something?

I have not seen him refer to notes even once, if he has, I haven't seen it.
He is obviously highly intelligent. He knows his stuff. Never once a hesitation to refer back in his mind. It's all right there. Unbelievable.
