Any idea how many states have a clause like the LA Stat in post 1?

Is that an unusual Stat?

I have to agree with you on that. I used my Military security credentials to work in Private Security/ Executive protection when I first got out of the Navy back in 92. It always amazed me at the low caliber of some of the individuals employed in the field.
