I see that cowpoke still has the link up on his about page.
That would be an endorsement of "LOS"ers positions...... de facto by my estimation. So lurkers can again see what these type of "FR" members think of other FR members.
Forget the Pepsi, cool blood is what's for dinner!
LOL!!
Rambo.
re: Modernman ..."but it seems he has been banned...."
No, he isn't and he was not.
But do a search (it's easy....even you can accomplish this)on new postings from nolu chan ok? You may know him as 4cj in his newest life.
Agreed, then this conversation is over (assuming your 'mac_truckish'-tirade concerning whether one can difinitively observe racism in a photo is over now).
Please, anything to break the childish backslapping between you, mac, and jaguartype will be warmly welcomed.
It's called lunch, heard of it?

Would be interested in any good (original or at least accurate) sources... most of what I've seen on the original org was that it was centered in the border states and created for political intimidation of the military governments in the reconstruction South.
Racism seems more of an afterthough in the 1870's, when blacks were viewed as political pawns in use by the reconstruction governments. Violence was used to coutneract the vote-buying schemes of the post-war Radicals. It's not unlike the violence, strife, and conflict that seems inevitable in any politically divided nation, though the existence of racial slavery prior to the war created the lines along which division would hold.
I think when people consider the evils of slavery, they tend to focus on the immediate plight of the enslaved. Terrible and rife with abuse though the system was, it seems as though the country has really done poorly in moving on, to the extent that there are still people using it to stir political battle into today (reparations, etc). I wonder if anyone has put together the 'cost' of racial division over the last 140 years since emancipation. Are you aware of anything?
Great. Now that the validity of the racist issue has been established I'm ecstatic over not having to deal with your posts and I can go back to lurking and learning.
I'm certain you'll need correction again and issues simplified though....and I'll be around.
(Finally....I get to go rinse off)
"How about if I subscribe you to Yankee mag...."?
LOL!!!!
I think you are treading on the violence border on the FR policy issue subjecting these poor misguided souls to this offer!!!!
Certainly torture:)
It may be rather tough securing a straight answer, similar to asking him if the cone heads in traditional KKK used bedsheets are racists and he can not answer either "yes" or "No".
It's kind of like asking someone if the jihadist terrorists in the get ups below really, truly, hate America, Israel and the rest of the Western World, or are those Halloween costumes.
They might like a postcard depicting Plymouth Rock, but even that rock may be far too Yankee? Some Cape Cod seagulls dropping clam shells on Yankees walking on the beach, now that I know they would love! :)
BTW just to gloat......Pasadena area was 80 today.
And you? like I can't guess...LOL!!!
that is Degrees F....not 80 Kelvin like it probably was in NYC.
As for the picture......now just wait a cotton picken minute there bub........how do you know that Nicole Simpson's killer isn't in that picture under the jihadist sacks?
How do you really know???? LOL!!!!
I really think that type of jury is collected from the ranks of the Giannis and cowpokes of the population...has to be the case.
ping??
Puppy not coming tonight Gianni?
Keep pinging....heck I may even ping him to help you out.
He'll come though, he's trained well in his ways.
Just came across this little tidbit when you were adoring the late narly chan.
"neocon agenda"
Is that supposed to fit these WTBS threads? Sounds like DU terminology. Mix up on the site you were logged into? Actually don't answer as I've rinsed off already but do pay attention next time.
I'll just "assume":)
I see that "El Capitan" has returned from DU.
Judging by your posts referring to him derogatarily, I can only opine as to the damage he inflicted to your prior alter-ego. Your signup date is well after his departure (but his post quoting Lincoln's multiple uses of the 'N' word has been restored), so he would have been unable to direct comments to you as a lurker, so whatever animosity your harbour toward the man must be from your period here under a different (now banned) name.
For what it's worth, nc is one of the finest men I've had the pleasure to converse with, one who esteems the founders and the system of government they instituted with all its checks and balances. The dems have made a mockery of that system, perverting it, turning it into a system whereupon "Leaky" Leahy, Ted "The Swimmer" Kennedy and other liberals can thwart the will of the people almost singlehandedly. All I want is to restore the system of government that served the people - the system of government that Jim Robinson is seeking to restore - a limited, conservative one.
That statement is false and is a pretty good example of the sly, underhanded game you Rockwellians play on here. Cowboyway posted a 1925 photo of hundreds of klansmen marching with American flags in front of the Capital building in Washington DC. When I pointed out that the photo was from a period before the CBF was politicized by the dixiecrats, he said the following.
[cowboyway] The point of the photo is to show that the Stars and Bars ain't the only flag that has been used for racial purposes, assuming that the Klansmen in the photo were racist.
I don't need you or anyone else to interpret what that dumb little cracker meant, anymore than I need Dan Rather to explain the news to me. The fact that he's got a photo of the klan's founder displayed on his homepage along with links to a site advocating Southern independence from the United States by all honourable means necessary just backs up my claim that he's an active LOSer on this forum.
Are we clear here clownboy, or do you require further remedial attention in this matter?
