It's an attempt at humor to mock West's statement that Bush doesn't like Blacks. But I think everyone has the wrong attitude here. actually Chris Rock, among this bunch, has shown the ability to be rational. At leat he, at times, recognizes that race-baiting and liberal guilt often leads to idiotic results. I don't know what his "Bush hates midgets" comment means, but given his past, I think its his attempt to minimize the Bush-hating and try to actually get contributions.

However, Chris, we might not all have SUVs, but the people in New Orleans had hundreds of buses ready, and their mayor was too much of an idiot to recognize the gravity of the situation.
