If your statement that "Islam declared war on us" is factually correct, then can we agree that any commander in chief of the U.S. military who stands up and calls Islam a "religion of peace" should be thrown out of office immediately?

Now, now, you're bringing logic into this.
Calling Islam the religion of peace is like calling Christianity the religion of gay marriage. If a billion Muslims want to ignore the teachings of the Koran and make nice with we infidels, then that's fine with me. And for sure the vast majority of Muslims on American soil are ROP types, so why alienate them by telling them something about their religion they will never accept?
