I'm sure the ACLU will be in court tomorrow morning seeking an injunction to stop this.
Not!

"Is this even legal?"Is physically removing property owners from their homes legal?
I don't believe so, and the judge on Fox news said yesterday, that forced removal under these circumstances is NOT. (no martial law declared, no eminent domain issue and no legal condemnation of properties) allows home owners to stay if they chose. The disarmament issue is even worse. I understand trying to disarm the thugs with stolen weapons, but law abiding citizens who chose to stay and protect their lives and property should be left alone. If they chose to stay behind and wallow in toxic sludge, they have a constitutional right to do so and with a 2nd amend. guarantee.

Legal or not, they are doing it.
Even more reason the ppl should
pack it in and leave.
Maybe taking their guns, is a
ploy to convince the to leave?
I think if they stay, they may
die slow painful deaths from
sickness & disease. If not
from lack of food & water.
When rescuers have decided
they're through searching,
there will be no more water
and food supplies delivered.
Then how will stayers live?
NO will be a virtual ghost
town and totally uninhabitable
for several months or years to come.

Is this even legal? It certainly isn't Constitutional but not enough people care for that to matter.

this is your future for owning a legal firearm under any "rat" government----vot 'rat' at your peril--"this is not a drill"
To: mewzilla
Of course it's not legal.
And in a decade or so, when the USSC gets around to looking at this case, they'll say so too. Meanwhile, the people that are involved in this illegal seizure will be long gone from public "service".
