The feds are still not in charge, right? If not, then it's coming from the state level. Anyone know what the law is on this?
Who cares what the law is, obviously if you're in NO and want to keep your weapons you must either hide them or use them. When the next large scale disaster strikes, the precedent is now set, the authorities, are going to grab all the guns they can then no matter how bumbling or incompetent you will be at their mercy. This is going just the way the government wants, not a government of the people but one separate and above the people.
