Who was that whiny "Bush's fault" slob on Meet the Press Sunday morning?

It was really hard to watch that guy because:
a) He was reading a DNC script ... really pathetic.
b) He was complaining that his friend's mother wasn't rescued. He told of how he kept calling people to ask when somebody would come and all I could think was that if he / they knew where she was WHY DIDN'T THEY GO RESCUE HER? He's supposedly some big-shot DemoncRAT leadership guy in New Orleans and he couldn't do anything himself. Implicit in what he was saying / weeping, he and his cohorts were totally paralyzed & cowards in the face of such tragedy.

I loved how he kept saying THEY need to do something and THEY need to get in there and THEY need to do that and THEY need to talk with each other.

Not a WE or ME in the entire tirade.

What really got me was when he was addressed as Mr. President.
