Thanks. I read so much on FR, sometimes I'm not sure if I correctly remember certain details.
Souter already had complimentary things to say about Justice Rehnquist, earlier.
He is to busy at home trying to stop someone from "taking" his property.
Looks like Souter is a loser all around.
I guess Souter is too busy taking it in the rear to write a memo.
