Unlike LA, we want to keep the kids out of trouble and busy so the parents can go to work or deal with adult problems without having to tote the kids around or worry about what will happen to them in the shelters.
In my opinion, this could be very bad for the population at large. What if this flesh-eating bacteria is passed on to others?
