Why does that ditz have anybody's sympathy? I'm sorry, but she makes me embarrassed to be a woman. She's a classic stereotype - scattered, weepy, indecisive. And she's probably even too old to be PMSing it.
Quite simply, she's not up to the job.
Looks like to me that the people of Mississippi, Louisiana Alabama and Florida have lots of grit.
Take care got to quit posting and go back to work.
Are you a volunteer.
Have put in my papers with HHS but may wait for several weeks before they need my services.
Interesting thought. No doubt, Dems in every state will want to get a piece of that voter action in the next election...
The absentee voting process will surely be something to see.
Yesterday, when I was looking up information on that Crying Moran Aaron Brousard, President of Jefferson Parish, I ran across the parish website, which did note that people could go back in today. I couldn't believe it, and thought that they had possibly put that website up before the huricane hit and hadn't had a chance to change it.
But I saw this morning, people were going back in.
Rick Leventhal has been doing good reports from Miss.
I liked his reports from Iraq, also. Perhaps Fox should send Greg Kelly to take Shep's place...after all Kelly was in Iraq...and served in the military, and could probably handle things better...
After all, some of the worst is probably yet to come.
I can't stand anybody. :-)
Bush infuriates the Left everyday and he won re-election.
41 infuriated the Right and lost in '92.
Delay is crucified by the Media, still ticking, and beloved.
Newt isn't going to get ANYWHERE with this.
"Wow, no wonder they're falling apart."
It's worse than I ever imagined. I hope they take all the NOPD and move in the real military. This is like Somalia. These terrorists need to be taken out now.
you mean politicians? so far, the best DC one on our side has been Trent Lott.

Neither can I today...I'm fed up- must be time to turn off the tv and computer for awhile. I'm an ole grump today.
Not hearing the show, but like the sentiment! - lol
"Let's put some panties on those reporter's heads."
My guess is that the one(s) that asked those questions may need some new panties, but not for their heads LOL!
He was absolutely fantastic!
No. Can't do that. The people are just gonna' have to suck it up. I really feel for them. But, please, don't ascribe deep thought to them on this. They aren't being ungrateful. They are just limited in their knowledge about other places and are terrified already.
That sounds like a very scary novel....it doesn't sound like it could possibly be real.
I take back what I was was saying about the NOPD...the ones that stayed and didn't run away, deserve medals for what they have been through.
Sen Lott on MSNBC: I will not only plead for help but if we don't get it I will demand it.
< But I saw this morning, people were going back in. >
Yes and now there is a traffic jam...stupid. Should have been done a few streets at a time. It needed to be controlled. It doesn't look like it is. Now they will have to MAKE those people leave ...again.
Agreed.
