Actually, although I think it's unrealistic to get her arrested and prosecuted for this crime, I think there might be a good solution:
Why not have her censured by the Senate? Her conduct has been absolutely disgraceful, and bringing that to light through the censure process sounds like a good option to me.
I just got off the phone with an agent in Baton Rouge. I told him what she said and where she said. He said he would pass this information onto the Intelligence Division so they can check into it.
He said she can't be arrested but can be questioned by the intelligence division.
I told him her statement will encourage others to act violently against the president.
He said it was an irresponsible statement for her to make.
I think you are very right to point to a censure of this so-called U.S. Senator. At the very least that needs to happen. But there will be plenty of wishy-washy feel good politics going on that says "you need to feel her pain..."
