I think you are very right to point to a censure of this so-called U.S. Senator. At the very least that needs to happen. But there will be plenty of wishy-washy feel good politics going on that says "you need to feel her pain..."
Indeed, the Dems will make excuses for her saying she was "emotionally drained and overcome" or some nonsense like that.
