I was watching Fox and Chertoff soft pedaled any responsibility of Nagin and Blanco there Chertoff obviously knows that finger-pointing and buck-passing looks ugly, self-serving and non-productive in the middle of a crisis. Unfortunately, the Dems don't share that sentiment.

Then the Dem accusations, given the short attention span of the sheeple, will become the new 'truth.' When Chertoff is asked political, I believe he should answer in kind. The truth, when sated is difficult to refute.JMHO
