Is someone else seriously ill that the demogogic media are not discussing? Were they speaking of someone specific?

Judge Stevens is 85 years old. Even though he appears to be healthy at present, he can't live forever. Didn't Ginsberg have cancer?

Is someone else seriously ill that the demogogic media are not discussing?I am hoping for Bader-Ginsberg to retire. I am not wishing illness on her. But there's no reason for her to hang on now, I think. The Court is going to go conservative (I pray) and she can't hang on until '09.

Stevens is well into his 80s. He also acknowledged recently that maybe the Kelo decision wasn't quite correct.

I've heard Ginsberg isn't in good health. THAT is one justice who, if she retires, will send the libs to commit suicide
