If 15 billion barrels of proven and recoverable reserves isn't a lot, I guess. If you think $1 trillion is walking around money, I suppose.

Hello Mike

Your right they don't have a lot of oil, but when I was working there they were sitting on a lot of natural gas and expected to make more money from that project than from oil exports.

Also, I have never lived in a country where I have felt safer from the common criminals than I did in Iraq. You seldom heard of crimes there.

I would like to thank the country of Qatar for a very generous donation to the USA and I do so without any snide remarks or looking for ulterior motives.
