Thanks. So late Monday were they in a position to deliver water and food? If not, why not? Not enough helicopters?
When did the levees break so that ground transporation was impossible? Could they have gotten in food and water late Monday or early Tuesday by land?

Actually, some were picked up off roofs late Monday Bush used that as a sideways slam at the NOers. Told a reporter that the Coast Guard (Fed Controlled) were rescuing people right away.
Time to rebuild Biloxi as the home of American Jazz.
