Is that the Mayor Nagin that is now blaming the Fed govt for everything?
When President Bush was speaking, after looking at New Orleans from the copter, Gov.Blanco looked like she was going to break down. Really looks like this woman does not have the fortitude to do the job of Gov.
The Federal Government/U.S.Army can't put panties on the head of an Iraqi terrorist. Some tinhorn Democrat dingdong would be governor Blank-o is not able to order National Guardsmen to shoot to kill. Now mess with one of those Guardsmen and ---hmmmm????
If this woman had any class at all she would resign immediately.
You SILLY person, you. Such a joker.
Well i know it was after she pronounced that this could be a "positive experience" and after her "fabulous meeting" with whoever.
"It almost sounds like she was "Giddy" and wanting someone to be shot. "
She's a Dem. I doubt any of the Dems in any leadership positions in NO want to shoot their voters.

Sorry about the double post. Maybe needed to be said twice?
LOL, some of you folks slay me. Now Ray Nagin is a definitive source regarding structural soundness and stress capacity levels?
If Nagin looked up at a darkened sky and said, "Looks like rain"...and it didn't, is that his fault, too? Should we discount all else he says and does because he was wrong?
Spot on.
Impeach, impeach, impeach. Some used to find her obvious incompetence cute...but now it's getting people killed.

Bush: Move To 'Safe Ground'
Nagin exempted hotels from the evacuation order because airlines have already canceled all flights.
Gov. Blanco said President George W. Bush called and personally appealed for a mandatory evacuation for the low-lying city, which is prone to flooding.
Speaking Sunday, Bush said that he "cannot stress enough the dangers this hurricane poses to Gulf Coast communities." "I urge all citizens to put their own safety and the safety of their families first by moving to safe ground," he said.
