We've seen pictures of the demolished bridges in NOLA....Have wondered if there were any car or trucks on them when they crashed.
I'm sure I saw a few cars in the photos, but most would have been in the water somewhere.
Supposedly, they were all closed before the storm hit because the winds exceeded safety limits.
That said, and given the now-obvious inability of LA authorities, there probably were people on them when they were destroyed.
