Are we sure the evacuation order was given on Sunday, not Saturday? If it didn't happen until Sunday, that is almost criminal. The mandatory evacuation order didn't happen until Sunday (somewhere around 9:30 am). A voluntary order went out at 4:45 pm Saturday.

That's right. I live 350 miles east in FL and listened to the mandatory evac order on AM 870 wwl on Sunday morning.
