But we are moral society.. We can't have fun.. How is the St. Louis mardi gras compared to the NO mardi gras? 2nd biggest Mardi Gras and Fat Tuesday celebration in US after Nawlins. It's fun..smaller of course and a bit safer than NO during MG. It's in the French District of STL. Lots of balconies, boobs, beads, booze. Good food, good music and alot of people. My husband and I always enjoy going.

That's great to hear; there may be a glimmer of hope after all. Stephen Ambrose was left-leaning, but his books about WWII are classics and he worked so hard to bring the museum into existence, it would be horrible if it were destroyed.
