Aint his fault, he doesn't even know who's problem this is, Blanko or Bush.

please tell what he is saying

He is only cussing and sniveling that he does not know who's problem it (NO disaster)is but he wants the President or someone else to figure out the solution. He pitties the dope addict being unable to get a fix. BWAAAAAAA.

This incompetent is a shining symbol of all that is wrong with Socialism.

I wish they would have asked him why he wasn't prepared for this. Also, why is he out meeting the people when he should be managing the situation.

He sounded like an idiot since he didn't mention his role.

Why didn't he have schools buses prowling the neighborhoods evacuating people with no cars?

Why didn't he drop leaflets around the city with directions to shelters?

You've GOT to be kidding.

I don't think there is anything left for him to manage. Most of the New Orleans "finest" have turned in their badges.

Did he say that he was receiving calls from people stuck in their attics and it was just breaking his heart having to hear their stories??

He said he begged people to handle the levee breach and no one responded. Not sure what the hell his folks were doing.

Typical bad management: too much affiliation with the people, not enough power motivation. This combo is always a disaster.

He sounds like a complete idiot. All talking points with no solutions. Plus if things are that bad, why is he spending almost a quarter hour on the radio? If it was me I'd be taking a helo up to wherever she is and stay in the Governor's face until the problem was solved or I was arrested. I and most here said days ago that this was a leadership failure, and it's not in Washington. He proved it. He doesn't know who to blame, except President Bush.

The people of New Orleans deserve better than this.

Let me correct "they don't have anything to take the edge off...their Jones". He then says that they just need something to take the edge off. He also says later that he doesn't use drugs...hmmmm....

I thought the first time I heard him speak he was on drugs. Almost slurring he words. That was before the hurricane hit.

I have heard him say that the helicopters were supposed to plug the levee but were diverted and no one told him.

I almost missed that while listening to his incessant droning on playing the blame game. Yes he said that about the drug addicts.

There is a MORONIC CNN fool that is going crazy, Anderson Cooper? Anyway, he is foaming at the mouth about everything is fault of the US government, aka, Bush.

This moron wants to know why thousands of troops had not been mobilized and sent to NO, BEFORE the hurricane hit.

I am still in Slovakia, and all I can get is CNN international.
I get snips on line from Fox, but does anyone know if there is a site that can stream FNC live?

He actually compliments Bush for sending in some "John Wayne" character. He even said if they won't turn over control to him, turn it over to that dude, cause when he (the John Wayne dude) starts cursing, things get done.

This is why Giuliani should be in charge of NO; he'd be out in resue boats or something. And considering how well everyone behaved themselves in NYC on 9/11 and during the blackout, I'm sure that the NYPD could have handled the situation without the National Guard.

As for martial law, neither the mayor nor the governor can declare it. Congress has to officially declare it.

I think he's on drugs. He's definitely on something or has had a cocktail or two. Not bad slurring but it is slow at times and you can tell that he is either very, very sleep-deprived, on drugs, or a bit tipsy.

I would hope it is sleep-deprived but his language is so curse-ridden that my guess is alcohol.

"How can they spend money Iraq and not here..." He's also completely wrong. We are spending half a billion dollars a day right now. The recent $10.5 billion bill? Thats only for 20 more days.
