Unfortunately ive been to the all black communities of the south. Projects, with people living in run down homes and rampant joblessness, hopelessness, alcoholics, etc. You must live in the southern utopia, or be well off. Maybe venture into the poorer parts of town every once in a while.

Communities in the heart of the Black Belt farming districts and in Deep South inner cities are not the 3rd World. A typical Deep South inner city school district will have average SAT scores above 800...which, while low for the U.S., will put to shame the test scores of the illiterates in the slums of Brazil or even Mexico City.

Starving children aren't found mobbing every new visitor into each area in the Deep South, either...something that typifies every 3rd World nation.

Oh, great another bloody apologist for lawlessness. What you see in N.O. is animal mentality that's been coddled by liberalism as an acceptable way to behave. That attitude killed N.O. There was no crime spree after 9/11 in NY. There was no looting with the great blackout that crippled much of the east coast. Those areas, yes, infested with liberalism, were not dominated by it, and therefore society could function during their crises.

Poor is no excuse for killing,raping and stealing.There are hundreds of free government programs out to train minorities.They do not have to pay back their student loans!My two sons are still paying their's back.Let's be honest here these people are looking for one thing ,a free ride and all they do is complain about being poor and oppressed.They should get off their asse's,quit making children the taxpayers have to raise and get a job!!!!
