Flint Michigan has quite a few empty houses. Of course, they may not be habitable. Maybe Michael Moore should conduct an evacuee bus trip.
Well, it's obviously self-serving; Detroit can't justify their massive bureacracy with a shrinking population, and the next step after resettlement would be to ask for 100 billion dollars in "aid" from the Federal Government to be funnelled through said Detroit bureacracy.
