That wasn't a crack, it is a fact.
They are all over the news saying they have no water and are dehydrating.
It is just being reported that they have rain, so THERE is the water they needed.
Plain and simple.
Use tarps to gather it and bottle it...
OK.I hear that. A few drops of rainwater might save one at this point. Please forgive my conclusion jumping.
um, that doesn't mean that they can drink that water,,,
