Please don't flame me for asking, but have you noticed that many of these refugees from water filled NO are wearing what appears to be clean clothes?
Are you talking about the people at the Astrodome? They handed out clean clothes and a shower.
I noticed the clean clothes just like I noticed that Shep is clean shaven but claims to be one with these people.
