Utter BS.

The governor was saying NO was under complete control for TWO DAYS, while hospitals and police stations were being overrun.

The local officials are STILL claiming that only 100,000 people stayed behind, while pre-storm estimates expected 600,000 and at least one report puts the figure as high as 800,000.

Any operation that goes in assuming police control of NO and 100,000 refugees will big down and fail if the umbers are mucvh higher and at this point, failure will be measured in terms of an extra 10,000 or more body count. The grace period is over. From here on out we have to execute.

The figure of those left behind is around 100,000, 150,000 max. I still don't believe the govenor ever said everything was under control. And the images on TV never suggested any such thing.
