I knew that Mississippi was well down there. It makes the contrast between Long Beach, where people shopped for the food after the hurricane, and New Orleans, where they looted for anything they could carry, that much more shocking.
There was looting in So Mississippi as well. I don't think it's really a fair comparison seeing how the populations are vastly different. If the same percentage loots in Coastal Mississippi as loots in NO your going to have hundreds of more looters in NO.
