Excellent assessment of the differences between the state level leadership in Mississippi/Alabama vs Louisiana Wonder why Jeb Bush or Rudy - someone with disaster management experience doesn't call Blanco and volunteer to help. Surely someone could reach out personally and let her save a little face to save lives.
